1. 运营主体与范围
- 运营主体:魅格产品运营团队;联系方式:contact@allugram.com。
- 遵守《网络安全法》《数据安全法》《个人信息保护法》等。
2. 收集与用途(最小必要)
- 账号:手机号/邮箱、密码、第三方登录标识(注册登录、账号安全)。
- 资料:头像、昵称、性别、尺寸偏好(展示、个性化)。
- 内容:图片、标签、穿搭记录、互动(衣橱、社区、AI 推荐)。
- 设备/使用:型号、OS、日志、崩溃/性能、IP、时间戳(安全、排障、优化、防作弊)。
- 运营/安全:基础设备标识、行为记录、风控特征(账号与交易安全)。
3. 敏感信息与权限
- 头像含人脸、精确位置等敏感信息将单独告知并征得单独同意,拒绝仅影响相关功能。
- 相机/相册/定位等权限仅在需要时申请,可在系统设置关闭。
4. 共享、委托与出境
- 不出售个人信息;必要时与云存储、审核、分析、推送等受信任服务商合作并签署安全条款。
- 依法向监管/司法机关提供必要信息;并购/重组会告知接收方与选择权。
- 如需出境,将依法完成评估或签署标准合同、开展 PIA,告知接收方类别/所在地/目的/类型/风险,征得单独同意后再传输。
5. 存储与保留
- 原则上存储于中国境内;仅保留至目的达成或符合法律的最短期限,期满删除或匿名化;账号注销后按法律删除或匿名化。
6. 您的权利与响应
- 访问/复制、更正/补充、删除(符合法定情形或撤回同意时)、撤回同意、账户注销、限制/关闭个性化推荐。
- 通过应用内或 contact@allugram.com 提交,原则上 15 个工作日内处理;无法满足将说明并提供申诉渠道。
7. 安全与事件
- 采用访问控制、加密、最小化收集、审计与告警、备份与恢复等措施;发生可能影响您的事件,将按法规告知概况、影响、补救措施及联系人。
8. 未成年人与更新
- 未满 18 周岁需监护人同意与指导;14 周岁以下信息在必要时征得监护人单独同意。
- 重大变更(目的/类型/共享/权利渠道等)将提示;涉及敏感或新增出境将再次征得同意。
9. 法律与争议
- 适用中国大陆法律;争议优先协商,协商不成提交魅格运营方所在地有管辖权的人民法院。

1. Operator & Scope

2. Collection & Use (Minimal)
- Account: phone/email, password, third-party IDs (sign-up/sign-in, security).
- Profile: avatar, nickname, gender, sizing preferences (display, personalization).
- Content: images, tags, outfit records, interactions (wardrobe, community, AI suggestions).
- Device/Usage: model, OS, logs, crash/performance, IP, timestamps (safety, debugging, optimization, anti-abuse).
- Operations/Safety: device IDs, behavior logs, risk signals (account/transaction safety).
3. Sensitive Data & Permissions
- Sensitive items (e.g., face features in avatars, precise location) require separate notice/consent; declining only affects related features.
- Camera/photos/location requested only when needed; manage in system settings.
4. Sharing, Processing, Cross-Border
- No sale of personal data; trusted processors (cloud, moderation, analytics, push) under contractual safeguards.
- Disclosure per law to authorities; M&A/changes will be communicated with choices.
- If outbound transfers are needed, we perform required assessments/standard contracts/PIA, disclose recipients/locations/purposes/types/risks, and obtain separate consent.
5. Storage & Retention
- Stored in Mainland China by default; retained only as needed or required by law, then deleted/anonymized; after account deletion, data is removed/anonymized per law.
6. Your Rights & Responses
- Access/copy, rectify, delete (where required or upon withdrawal), withdraw consent, account deletion, restrict/opt out of personalization.
- Submit via in-app or contact@allugram.com; target response within 15 business days; if denied, we explain and offer appeals.
7. Security & Incidents
- Access controls, encryption, minimization, audits/alerts, backups/recovery; if an incident may affect you, we notify per law with details, impact, mitigation, and contacts.
8. Minors & Updates
- Under 18s use with guardian consent/supervision; under-14 data may require guardian consent.
- Material changes (purpose/types/sharing/rights channels) will be notified; added sensitive uses or outbound transfers will seek consent.
9. Law & Disputes
- Governing law: Mainland China; disputes: negotiate first, otherwise courts where Allugram operates.
